Diane Freis pieces are known their unique vibrant prints and this vintage 1980s silk skirt is no exception! The fun novelty print is in bold shades of blue, red, yellow, pink and green and features polka dots, cartoon like abstract prints, and fabulous 1920's or 1930's women's faces!
